Winemaker in South Burgundy in La Chapelle de Guinchay, we manage 12 hectares of our estate "Chateau de Bel Avenir". We also do the itinerant winemaker business. Our job is to make wine, directly on selected historically interesting plots of the best natural or organic wine producers, located between the Rhône and Saône. All our wines are patchy, made without any additives or chemicals, always with the idea to transcribe the place and the vintage. La Maison PUR desacralizes the wine and breaks the sacrosanct wisdom. Our no standard winemaking is seeking to make speak the terroir and not the barrel.
